Beef Entrée: Sliced Beef Shoulder Tenderloin – Served with Pink Peppercorn Sauce
Chicken Entrée: Rosemary and Herb-Marinated Grilled Chicken Breast – Served with Garlic Rosemary Cream Sauce.
Vegetarian Entrée: Vegetarian Wellington – Finely Diced Mushrooms and Garlic Sautéed together with Rosemary and Seasonings, mixed with Panko, Oats, and Flax Egg, encased in Puff Pastry
Served with Steakhouse Salad, Green Beans Almondine, Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Dessert.

Any orders placed after Friday, December 22nd will be charged a $10 late fee per entrée, and we cannot guarantee your meal choice will be available.
Silent Auction/Raffle:
Bid on amazing items, purchase raffle tickets the night of the event, and more. Buy a “light up” ring for $75 for a chance to win your choice of any silent auction item. Only 45 will be sold! Purchase at the event (Must be present to win!).

Photos/Music:
- Commemorate the evening with a special portrait.
- Enjoy music during the social hour by the 25th Army Band Woodwind Quintet, IDARNG.
- Dance to music by a DJ.
Dress:
- Formal Mess Dress Uniforms (or equivalent) for Midshipmen and Cadets is preferred but optional
- Formal Mess Dress Uniforms (or equivalent) for Active Duty/Reserve Personnel, and (if desired) Retirees
- Black Tie or Dark Suit and Tie for Gentlemen and Formal or Semi-Formal Dress for Ladies
